You are responsible for the information in your account and for keeping your login details secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use TunePlay. Downloading, streaming and other features are for your personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed.

2. Acceptable use

You may not copy, resell, or redistribute music or content from TunePlay without permission, attempt to bypass access controls or advertising, or engage in fraudulent listening, downloading, or payment activity.

3. Subscriptions & purchases

Premium subscriptions and song, beat, gig and other purchases are subject to the pricing shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely. Where applicable, refunds follow the policy stated at the point of purchase.

4. Creators

Artists and producers who upload content agree to the Artist Terms & Financial Rules, which set out royalty and payout arrangements.

5. Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time and may suspend or close accounts that breach them. The latest version will always be available on this page.
